Consulting - "Warren Village Without Walls"

In response to inquiries from people interested in replicating Warren Village, we have launched a new consulting division. Consulting focuses on:

• Family support services including resident selection, case management, career development, incentives and sanctions, resident leadership and program evaluation
• Volunteer services including recruitment, supervision and recognition
• Community dynamics including resident leadership and strategies to create a "culture of success"
• Program integration including coordination among family services, housing and child care components
• Fund development including donor cultivation, fund raising plans, links between fund raising and volunteers, and diversification of revenue streams.

Consulting is offered to organizations in various stages of development including start-ups, evolving programs and established self-sufficiency communities. Clients include private developers, public housing authorities, community development corporations, private foundations, nonprofit agencies and faith based organizations.
