| Warren Village provides two year transitional housing
for low-income single-parent families. We welcome both single moms and single
dads.
| | One, two and three bedroom apartments
suitable for a parent and up to four children are available. Families may live
here for up to two years. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted family income.

Warren Village is located in Capitol Hill, an urban residential
neighborhood in central Denver. Our facility is within two blocks of public transportation,
close to many social service organizations, and adjacent to a spacious city park.

Do you qualify?Can you answer "yes" to these six
questions? - Are you a single parent?
- Do you have custody of one or
more of your children?
- Are you 18 or older?
- Do you have High School diploma
or GED?
- Are you motivated to set and achieve goals?
- Are you willing to:
commit to work and/or school full-time, attend 3 life-skills classes per month,
give two hours of volunteer time back to the community?
Other things that
may impact your eligibility are: - Evictions
- Felony convictions
- Substance
abuse
